We’ve all shaved with foam at some point. You lather it up and then carve off the puffs with everything growing under it. This doesn’t work with a beard. We don’t shave beards by blindly waving a shavette over it, we shave the contours of the cheeks and neck, fine-tuning the beard. A transparent gel is the shortest way to ruler-straight lines. The non-foaming, transparent layer which allows a view beneath the blade the whole time is a complete miracle, as every barber can confirm.

Super slip

We’ve reduced blade resistance while shaving to the level of a drop of sweat between butt cheeks. We therefor ask that you start braking in advance so that you don’t shave further than you had planned.

Skin in top shape

A sharp razor + shaving gel = shaving without pissed-off skin. Irritation is also prevented by a mix of effective soothing agents such as panthenol a glycerine.

SUPER SLIP

We’ve refined the ingredients of Angry Beards’ gel so much that even NASA’s scientists envy it. Sharp razors, shavettes or other shaving devices glide over it a smoothly as a drop of sweat glides between butt cheeks, leaving only a smooth clearing behind. We’ve even added a handful of calming agents to the gel such as panthenol, which takes care of pissed-off skin and helps to hydrate it. It’s simply a win-win-win. But you wash the gel right off after shaving, so you should still treat it to an aftershave balm.

The gel is a great partner to the Garrigue or Zizka shavettes. We can most recommend it for shaving the contours of your beard. You won't get much use out of its transparency on larger areas, but you'll get a godly shave. Apply a thin layer of gel to the skin you plan to shave. Massage it in neatly and immediately start shaving to your throat’s (or face’s) content. Always with a perfectly sharpened razor or shavette and always in the direction of growth to avoid unnecessary irritation. While shaving contours with the transparent gel, you don’t nick yourself because you see beneath the blade the whole time.

PRO TIP: Need to mow a larger area? You probably won’t get all the benefits of the gel, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. And if you have decided to take the blade to your beard, you still have about 230 opportunities to change your mind!

We carefully perfected the gel for about a year and a half. As a result, you’ll find technology in it that even NASA scientists envy. The base of the gel is a transparent carbomer with hydroxyethyl cellulose, which gives the product its super slip capability. A blade glides over it like a drop of sweat between butt cheeks. Polyquaternium-7 helps make shaving easier, and panthenol and glycerin continue to care for the skin after the blade has passed over it. The gel is a product that you wash right off your skin though, so be sure to use the After Shave Balm after shaving.

Yeah, there really is urea in the ingredients, but we didn’t piss in a bottle and sell it as shaving gel. Synthetic urea is a widely used material in cosmetics that improves skin condition. And don’t make such a face, this material is also responsible for 7 percent of your skin’s hydration!
