Spend your Coins
Every Coin expires in three months. Turn them into discounts, VIP products and other bonuses before they run out on you.
Be smart
Use extra boosts, Coins for surveys, the newsletter subscription and other goodies. The more active you are, the more you get.
How are Coins calculated?
Example: An order of 1,000 CZK (excluding shipping) = 50 Coins in your account.
You can combine Coins with gift vouchers and other codes.
How do you spend Coins?
Example: An order of 1,000 CZK - 50 Coins = 950 CZK
You can happily combine Coins with other discount codes too. No limits.
BUT WATCH OUT! COINS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE. Every Coin is valid for 1 year (365 days) from the moment you get it. After that it goes to hell, so don't let them sit idle. Special promo Coins have a shorter shelf life, but we'll always let you know and then remind you again.

When will my Coins be credited and where do I find them?
We credit Coins once the order is paid and packed. You'll see your current balance after logging into your account.
Why haven't my Coins been credited?
Most often because:
- you weren't logged in when you made the purchase,
- the order hasn't been paid or packed yet,
- part of the price was covered by a voucher or discount,
- you're counting Coins from shipping or payment fees too,
- the order was cancelled or never completed.
We don't retroactively credit orders made without logging in, or older purchases.
Can I combine Coins with a discount code or a promo?
Usually yes. You can use them on discounted goods too, or together with a discount code.
The exception is promos where we clearly state up front that further discounts or Coins can't be combined.
What happens to Coins if an order is cancelled or returned?
We deduct Coins earned for a cancelled order or returned goods.
If, on the other hand, you spent Coins on the cancelled or returned order, we'll put them back into your account once it's processed.
How long are Angry Coins valid?
Standard Coins are valid for 12 months from the date they're credited. They expire on the last day of the month in which that period ends.
Coins from special promos may have a shorter validity. We always state the exact date in the promo terms or directly in your account.
