How do we ensure reviews are objective?

It matters to us that reviews published through our website or social media come from reviewers who have actually used the products in question. That is why our terms and conditions include a provision under which people shopping in our online store undertake to give an objective assessment of the properties of the products they buy, their effects, pros and cons, including a recommendation for other users. We do not, however, prevent reviews of our products from being posted online by people who did not buy the products in our online store but received them to use, for example as a gift. Even from these reviewers we ask that they follow the basic rules and refrain from stating clearly untrue information in their reviews. Compliance with these rules is overseen by our professional team, so that the assessment of our products in reviews carries the greatest possible informative value. If we detect a breach of the above review rules, we are entitled to delete a review that conflicts with them and to take measures preventing the reviewer concerned from reviewing our products again. For these reasons we approach reviews of our products with the utmost responsibility and in accordance with the relevant consumer protection legislation.
