Remove the cap, shake up the spray, and from 15 cm (watch out, it’s a bit more than the guys claim) spray into your clean, dry underarm. You don’t have to go overboard with the amount. The smell is subtle, but it doesn’t have to linger in the hallway of the apartment building for an hour after you leave.
